Outer Hebrides, Islands at the Edge of the World

Outer Hebrides, Islands at the Edge of the World

This idyllic chain of islands are utterly unspoiled with fine white sandy beaches, turquoise sea, rugged moorland and abundant wildlife. When the sun shines, there is no more exquisite spot on earth. The Outer Hebrides were believed by the Vikings to be at the edge of the world. Folklore, history, tradition, breath-taking scenery, sometimes lashed by Atlantic storms, the islands have a far from modern life, forgotten air, but utterly unspoiled.
